Chef Roberto was absolutely amazing. I've hired chefs before in different countries, and he was probably the best I've ever worked with. The menu is creative and expensive, with far more food than we could ever handle. His expertise with the suckling pig was like nothing I've ever experienced before I would hire this guy in a minute great food, gracious personality, and a real joy to work with

Roberto was wonderful from start to finish. Great communication and the meal he prepared for us made a 60th Birthday dinner very very special, totally relaxed and enjoyable. Lovely menu, the food was varied, plentiful and so so delicious. A lovely man with a great personality and a delight to have at the Villa cooking for us. Roberto & Brigida are excellent chefs and they really made our night special for our friend's 40th birthday in Sardinia.
